We loved staying here for three nights as it was just a few steps from the Botanic Gardens at Kona Kai Resort and almost 2 km from the vibrant YMCA Park, making our weekend strolls good and scenic.

The amenities here were lovely, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bungalow we stayed in was beautifully decorated and the linens were of top quality. The dining options were somewhat limited, and we found it frustrating to navigate the one-way streets leading out of the resort. The attentive service from the bartenders stood out.

The Bungalows seemed like a private slice of paradise with beautiful surroundings. The staff was attentive, we had everything we needed without being intrusive. We loved the high-quality linens and decor in our bungalow. Dining was a wonderful experience with five-star quality food at every meal. The sunset sail we booked was nice with a skilled crew and amazing views.
Some areas around the bungalows needed better cleaning.

Couples seeking a relaxed getaway
The location reminded me of a private island, beautiful, exotic, and very well maintained. The food was also amazing. It's not Michelin dining, but way better than cruise ship buffet.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but it was still acceptable.

Delicious grilled dishes and five-star dining made my taste buds dance! The bar staff were super friendly and always there to ensure we were having a grand time. Plus, beautiful private spaces for some romance really set the mood.
A bit of a hiccup with that musty smell in our bungalow, but it was nothing we couldn't handle. Just a minor bummer in an otherwise lovely stay.

The hotel exudes beauty with its well-maintained tropical environment. Staff interactions were a mixed experience. While some were warm and friendly, others lacked attentiveness. Dining offered an excellent experience with delicious five-star quality food. The spa service was disappointing, falling short of the deep tissue massage that was requested, which left a less satisfactory impression for the price paid.
